Creating Timeless
CONTEMPORARY PORTRAITURE

Your image making can, and should continue to grow, no matter your individual style. Sometimes the thing that is missing is just what you'll find in a lesson from a contemporary master with a definite formal-classical leaning. Even if you don't plan on finessing every finger of an elegant pose, learning to "read" a face, rebalance a figure or select a corrective camera angle will always be a valuable toolbox asset.

Each of Tim's Pods will start with a full explanation and demo of his basic lighting precepts. He will apply it to a single, child, couple and small group to illustrate more completely. Since these are more advanced techniques, camera operation and basic lighting is assumed. Attendees can shoot models with the established lighting at the end of each sequence.
